Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, optional phone/WhatsApp, optional company, the type of application, product stage, primary QA need, an optional target date, your message, your preferred language, and your consent.

We do not ask for — and you should not send — passwords, production credentials, budgets or confidential data through the form. Sensitive information is only exchanged through a secure channel agreed after initial contact.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit solely to understand your request and respond to it, and to prepare a tailored proposal if relevant. We rely on your consent, which you give when submitting the form.

How it is handled

Contact submissions are delivered to a SafiCert mailbox by email. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then remove them in line with our internal retention practices.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate our email and, where applicable, our hosting.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics. No cookie banner is shown because no non-essential tracking is used.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us. To do so, email contact@saficert.com. Depending on your location, additional data-protection rights may apply.
